Does anyone have any experience with Sifu Clayton Shiu / Halem Healing Arts & Wellness Center? Not sure if it is still operating, but found it linked through from another website. The webpage says they teach tongbeiquan.
Also, more generally, does anyone have any experience with tongbeiquan or the yin cheng gong fa association? I'm not familiar with this style and what I've found on the internet is often contradictory or vague. I'm also curious in general about the reputation of the ycgf association and any thoughts on the efficacy of the style. Your comments are appreciated.
