I've been doing a lot of dynamic tension and pole work over the last few months. My elbows (especially the right one) have been popping alot and I'm getting alot of pain when extending them. What should I do to releive the problem, short of stopping my training? Thanks in advance. Peace.

make sure you're not hyper extending them.
