Here are my notes for the first three roads of the HK Seven Star set Fourteen Roads:

十 四 路
Fourteen Roads
shí sì lù
sap sei lou

01. 左 劈 捶 - 右 軋 腿 - 右 劈 捶 - 左 軋 腿 - 左 捶
zuo pi chui, you ya tui, you pi chui, zuo ya tui, left punch
jo pek cheui, yau gaat teui, yau pek cheui, jo gaat teui, jo chui
Left downward chop, right shin kick, right downward chop, left shin kick, left punch.

02. 左 捕 蟬 - 左 插 掌 - 右 捕 蟬 - 右 插 掌
zuo bu chan, zuo cha zhang, you bu chan, you cha zhang
jo bou sim, jo chaap jeung, yau bou sim, yau chaap jeung
Left Catch Cicada, left thrust palm, right catch cicada, right thrust palm.

03. 左 掛 統 捶 - 左 劈 捶 - 右 軋 腿 - 右 掛 統 捶 - 右 劈 捶 - 左 軋 腿
zuo gua tong chui, zuo pi chui, you ya tui, you gua tong chui, you pi chui, zuo ya tui
jo gwa tung cheui, jo pek cheui, yau gaat teui, yau gwa tung cheui, yau pek cheui, jo gaat teui
Left hang gathering strike, left downward chop, right shin kick, right hang gathering strike, right downward chop, left shin kick.

Note: Some lines add a couple more moves (another strike and a shin kick) to line two
