Just found a SC TV movie to share. It's only in Chinese but it contains many ancient training methods.

十九世纪三十年代，那时北平摔跤正是风行一时，北京跤名闻全国，当时北京天桥最强的摔跤高手一位是：沈三（ 沈友三），一位是宝三（宝善林），还有杨春恒等人。沈三练的是民间俗称“细胳膊跤”――武术加跤，神鬼难逃 ，即快跤：一巧破千斤，现术语称“散手跤”。宝三玩的是“粗胳膊跤”――功力型，以功力压快，刚中强，以力 降十会，即现拿着摔的揸把（手）跤。沈三即现在电视剧中的主角甄三原形，沈三比宝三更胜一筹，北京天桥双杰 美名至今流传。
