All the Pizza Hut stores in China only allow customer to get salad from the salad bar once. This is how Chinese beat the Pizza Hut.

When my teacher ran his family Chinese restaurant here in the US, the Sunday "All-You-Can-Eat" buffet always had customers requesting a "doggie-bag" so they could take home when they didn't finish what they put on their plate. Some would finish their meal, go back and load two plate of ribs, and they ask for the "doggie-bag". When refused a "doggie-bag" they tried to reason with him by stating that the restaurant wouldn't put the food back onto the buffet so why couldn't they take it home--throwing it away would be a waste of good food--the food was thrown away.

It got to the point where some customers brought their own hidden "doggie-bag" and had to be stopped as they were walking out of the door--even had to call the police on one of them.

Putting "all you can eat" on a sign i s a losing proposition. lol

Taking more than you can eat is a problem with wasteful individuals.

You don't wanna take me to a buffet, I go up only once and often skip dessert. lol

it is indeed an art to stack so many fruits up like a pagoda.

but can someone eat all of the fruits? probably not.

The fruits are only used to build the outside wall. There are salad inside of the wall.
