Actually the oldest Manual is painted on the wall of an old Egyptian tomb. Every couple of years I try to find the pictures of it online. It can be difficult to locate.

maybe thats why this manual was discovered in a DUMP in egypt...they were like...meh we got that on lock down on our wall thats centuries older. :eek:

It HAS to be wrestling. Humans are creatures that like to play and wrestling just comes naturally to primates.

Plus, it's a lot of fun.

Wow, you mean that the Gracies and the modern MMA-ists did not invent wrestling? :eek::D

Definately rock in hand....

I know the international rock in hand competition form, it contains 16 somersaults.... Course they use a foam rubber rock these days, and you can't buy a real one anywhere.


(Joking aside I have actually seen a brick form before designed to be used with any heavy rock like object. Its up there with the shoe form, the chopstick form, the alms bowl form, the belt form, the bench form and several others, all genuine, wierd and kinda cool).

Actually, wrestling was invented by 2 homely sexuals. It is the way sissy boys like to play. I think it had it's beginnings in Greece.
