Dit da jow is used mainly on your arms and legs when you get injuried due to your hard training. It's good to relief pain, helps your body in the healing process and strenghten your bones.

You can find some deeper analisis on dit da jow in other posts in this forum... Use the search engine :)

Jow can be used for a number of things. Most people use it for Iron Palm training. A good jow should never be in plastic, if its good it will leach the plastic. Jow should releave pain to a point, and increase blood flow to help heal the area of trama. Go to this page and e-mail the web master if you need more info. He makes his own jow, the stuff i bought from him faded a bruse over night. Plus he has some cool Iron Palm pics. www.prayingmantiskungfu.com (http://www.prayingmantiskungfu.com)
