Here is a video of me working the mitts with a few guys from my gym, all hands. Feel free to post vids of mitt work here to share ideas about training. Thanks.:)
I posted this through our FB account so let me know if the vid doesn't play.

Baaahh, with iron ribs and and iron GUT like mine, who needs one!!:D
Jokes aside, I have been wanting to get one. Love using it for heavier body shots and to work one of my favorite combos, front push kick followed with a stiff jab-cross.

Good stuff.

It's not my style, but one thing my boxing coach always did was work in hooks and jabs to make me duck and weave.

Personally, I don't like ducking and weaving because of knees and because it's not really that hard to adjust ones aim and follow up with a low shot. I prefer to jam an attack or move.

Good use of duck unders and angles!!

Mitt work is an art form in itself and making it productive, applicable and fun makes it a most viable training tool!!
