man personally when i saw this guys fa jing from a video clip and on the cover of a book, its soo stupid its a push , the guy pushes the other guy as hard as he can and th eother guy jumps back at the same time, you can tell by the way his legs are bent and then straighten up.

Having said that though maybe he is a good teacher of the internal and his knowledge may be credible so if you are a good student you can do well..

but his demonstration was ridiculous i would be embarassed to have been in the same room as him.
