Interesting. I say that because we cover all this within our Yum Yeurng Academy curriculum, as it is yum yeurng sau of saap jee kuen. Classic Martial Art imho.

Some different terms but same motions. Kinda strengthens my own link to the Red Boat era imho, if this is what Yik Kam was known for. Great insight and thanks for sharing!

My question is how did my Sigung Lee Shing know these methods and teach it if he never met Yik Kam?
