Bags don't hit back.

*Hitting a bag is marginally less impressive than hitting a compliant opponent, using a 'one-two' beat timing to make chi sao appear fancy.

But, I still like the clip. I just watched it again in fact. Twice is about my threshold for this type of stuff.
