Is this really a panacea? (Dale?)

All that was mentioned are attributed to green tea and its use. But to what degree, I have no idea.

It sounds a little bit too marketing derived for my blood.

I like Green Tea as much as anyone else, but that website is causing red flags to fly.

Anyone else been taught to eat your tea?

Green tea is really really good for you (though I gather different teas have different anti-oxidants, so it's good to drink a variety of teas).

Death is the only Panacea.

Thanks Dale and SiuLumDan. They claim they're baby green tea leaves, and that's why you can eat them. They have plenty of testimonies on youtube, but once again it sounds too good to be true. Since I've been drinking and eating it people have been noticing I have lots more energy, but that could just be the caffeine. Also my metabolism seems to be faster as I loose a little weight with it, but that's it so far. Who knows?

cant say I have ever eaten the tea leaves, however I have had plenty of green tea to drink both hot and cold, sometimes with some honey and a stick of cinnamon.

Good stuff.

If it was a panacea, I'd be freakin' superman. Or at least the Green 'tea' Lantern. :D

Is it good for me? I hope so.

I drink at least 2-3 pots of tea a day and change it up.

I drink more oolongs than anything and I love Tieh Quan Yin Cha.

Though I buy and drink Pu Erh as well as Pi Lo Chun Greens

I probably should've just put this in the Wai Jia: The Kung Fu Forum to get more views and replies, lol. Well it probably isn't an appropriate topic for that one. I thank everyone for their replies, but I was referring specifically to Tai Chi green tea since they're the ones claiming that eating their tea gives all these health benefits. Of course everyone drinks green tea, but who eats it? Does anyone specifically know if edible green teas give greater benefits when eaten than the green teas that are only drunk?

Also, since you do all have favorite teas you mention above in the thread, do you want to provide any links for the teas you mention above, or even any other edible ones you may have heard of?

Never eaten it...probably get more from eating it, but I agree with Dale: The Tai chi Green Tea write up reeks too much of sales for me to take it seriously.
