Just found this clip of two old Kung Fu brothers from Fong Sifu's school. Charlie and Mark. My new favorite WC video on youtube! (One of Charlie's students Matt uploaded it)
Charlie, the one in black demostrates excellent body unity, timing, elbows, and locks. To me this is real skill in action. A testament to what a connected structure can do when applied properly.
