Wing chun forever. Trying not to do stupid things. Engage In KFO a little less. Ignore fools a little more. Read important things usually non fiction..Continue watching very little tv. Write more. Reflect more. Teach better. Eat less. No twitter, facebook or linking.

fully rehab my grade 2 AC joint separation.

Prehab drills (TGU, SLDL, joint mobility drills) at least twice a week.

reach and complete full 36/36 level of Viking Warrior Conditioning with 1 pood/16kg kettlebell.

clean and press 2 pood/32kg kettlebell (hopefully with both arms depending on shoulder rehab).

train 2 MA classes a week.

teach 2 MA classes a week.

Complete first draft of an MA related novel/novella.

Annoy more people on KFO than I did last year but do not get banned.

-Cross train and pressure test my Ving Tsun as much as possible.

-Personally I'm all about technique training, this year I'd like to add more endurance, strength, and conditioning training.

Good to hear some feedback about CF Nas, how long have you been doing it, how often and what results have you gotten

Crossfit is quite controversial.

http://joshsgarage.typepad.com/Crossfit_White_Papers_--_Timeline.html

I said CONTROVERSIAL, not BAD.

I'd suggest reading Dan John and Pavel Tsatsouline's "Easy Strength" for what I consider to be the best philosophy of suplementary training for a sport or martial art I've come across - for a different POV.

Nice! I'm still somewhat unknown as a poster but Ive been lurking for a bit and have tons of respect for your commitment to Ving Tsun and testing and proving the art at the same time.

also, a thank you in advance as I've also been trying to at least start getting into Chinese Medicine and took the advice on your site and ordered the Yellow Emperor's Classic (which is taking forever to get here, darn amazon seller lol).

Yeah I'm definitely going to learn more about wing chun this year also. I have limited knowledge in practice because I'm unable to join a school. Good luck on your Tcma. What is crossfit exactly if I may ask?
