Do you guys carry any dummies that could survive outside? I rent and therefore can't keep it inside.

Yes our models can be used outside. We advertise with our free standing models that you can drive the base post into the ground and mount outside.

Not knowing much about woodworking or chemicals involved is there any health risk rubbing that stuff into your skin through daily dummy use?

Once applied I would let the dummy completely dry before use. Spar Urethane is used on outdoor furniture and essentially keeps the UV rays and rain/moisture from harming your dummy. You will be completely fine abusing your dummy daily. :)
