sidenote: even if you are not "Buddhist" , this (Ch'an) is a good practice before and/or after wugong/qigong.
(Ch'an/Zen word literally translates as "Meditation Practice from the sanskrit word "Dhyana")
ChanWuYi can then be seen as 'Meditative Martial Healing', or Meditation, Martial, Medicinal Practice.
