I need to lose about 10 kilos for a competition in 3 weeks, any good ideas?

Whatever you do won't be healthy - there's a thread about this in the reality fighting forum.

I'd say wait until the next one so you don't have to trash your body and fight depleted.

stop drinking alcohol & coffee & any kind of soda, eat 6 light protein based meals a day & lots of greens - do roadwork like crazy and drink lots of water.
