From the discription:

Zhào Jiā Quán is practiced in Fu'an County, Fujian Province. The people of Xi Tian village trace their ancestry back to Song Tai Tzu, Zhao Kuangyin (927-976 A.D.)(First emperor of the Song dynasty), through his son Zhao Defang (959-981 A.D.)(A.K.A. Prince Kanghui of Qin). They claim to have preserved the original arts of Zhao Kuangyin as passed down through his family line. Zhao Kuangyin started his career as a military man and became famous as a general before rising to emperor. He was known for his interest in and mastery of martial arts. Many styles of kungfu trace their origins to the teachings of Zhao Kuangyin and or his generals. Probably the best known are the Tai Tzu / Tai Zu Quan styles, of which many variations are practiced across China.
