you use reverse rolls to retreat.

you use lazily tying coat to deal with your right.

you use single whip to deal with your left.

You move up with peng.

you move down or to the side with lu.

you sink down with sitting on hip in all of your postures.

you center with white crane spreading wings.

you are doing tai chi in all of your daily chores or moves.

i think tai chi pretty cool guy. they do long fist real slow and not afraid anything.
