ok, when people talk about competitors or people who win fights, something that comes up often is "conditioning"... what exactly does this mean? making your body more resilient to hits and abuse?

anyhow i was wondering what everyone out there does to condition themselves - exercises or drills or whatnot

if you never get into a fight,
you can never be defeated,
if you can never be defeated,
you are invincible

You have to condition your weakest links. If you body is soft then you make it hard. If you have no endurance you need to train that. If you cannot hit hard then work on form/power, etc ,etc. Conditioning is in this context means "getting ready to fight." How to train it? Find your weakest link and work on it. So what is your weakest link?

"If you and I agree all the time, then one of us is unnecessary."

mind you that conditioning is not mearly physical. it is mental and spiritual as well. if you can't take the mental and emotional aspects of a fight, then you need to conditiona yourself to prepare for such as well.

In a fight you should never stick to principles; they should stick to you!
