I just got a speedbag the other day. How do you use that thing? I dont get that same smooth drumming beat real boxers get and my coordination just sux n its hard to stick with. Any tips anyone?

ONE two three, ONE two three (strike on the ONE).

keep you elbows high and use the sides of you fist (the pink side) at first

when you can keep rhythm for several minutes ask again and I'll try to explain cross over drills, double hits, etc.

when learning to use this thing you have to be patient since it is so reactive. you strike must be moving straight ahead and from up to down a bit to keep the bag from going nuts.

the speed bad is one of my favortie training tools. enjoy!!!
