Hi everyone,

My name is Jay and I'm from Hong Kong. I was born and raised here during British rule before moving to NYC. I'm not Chinese, but I'm interested in learning more about kung fu and looking for a good teacher here. I do speak fair Cantonese.

I have around three years of Minang silat under my belt. Any suggestions on practical (for today's world) arts and teachers in HK? I have a feeling this is going to create a ruckus. :) Thanks in advance!

A couple of years ago I visited Master Kwok Wan Ping who teaches Yuen Kay San Wing Chun and Fu style Ba Gua. Im not sure if he is still teaching or not, but I saw on youtube his son is now teaching.

Anyway his website is http://www.masterkwok.com/

That's an excellent style. If I can live all over again, I'll definitely want to learn that style.
