Kinda tired of almost stealing others' threads, so I'll start another one here.

IronFist, re: Biotest
You said everything but Grow! sux, but I dunno.
Well, I liked MD6; so I guess for me, the "everything else sux" doesn't apply. Androsol didn't do jack for my friend, except in a "viagra" capacity. Some of the other things looked interesting, like Methoxy-7 and T2. Surge could be a decent post workout drink; and Ribose-C would be interesting if it worked. Tribex-500 doesn't peak my interest much. I can't even find Grow!, the closes thing I can find is Advanced Protein- and for 45 bux, plus shipping, for 2 pounds, the price is outrageous. I could get 10 pounds of Big Whey for just under 60 + shipping.

I guess my question is, why do you think all their stuff sux? I know their advertising's a bit hokey; but exactly what proof do you got that their stuff's bogus?

I was hoping to get on a stack of MD6 (new formula), Methoxy-7, and T2 (new formula- as it becomes available) for a month or 2 in the future. Curious why you think this would be a total mistake.

Thanks in advance..

not hijacking here, but a quick question - LD, do you use creatine?

Nah, I listed a bad experience I had back in the day with it on another thread (maybe in the kung fu forum). Basically I was on a homemade ECA (Ephedrine Caffeine Aspirin) stack, and taking creatine at the same time. I was ill to my stomach the whole time, and flipped out on a friend real bad, for no reason. Every other time I've taken it, it's made me nauseous- no matter what form I took it (shakes, powder, candy gems). I just stay away from it, cuz muscle growth isn't one of my goals. Though I know it's supposed to help with lifting performance, so maybe I'll give it another look.

Sorry for the delay in responding. I'm sick :( Let me try to answer your questions, although I'm not an authority on Biotest.

Well, I liked MD6; so I guess for me, the "everything else sux" doesn't apply. Androsol didn't do jack for my friend, except in a "viagra" capacity.

If you like it, use it :) A lot of supplements seem to work well for some people while not working at all for others. Androsol is pretty crĂ*ppy tho. I mean 80 sprays per application? Come on! Plus it leaves that sticky residue. For better results, try ErgoPharm's AndroSpray.

Some of the other things looked interesting, like Methoxy-7 and T2.

Honestly I don't remember what those two products are. Is T2 a thermogenic? Like T3?

Tribex-500 doesn't peak my interest much. I can't even find Grow!,

Tribex doesn't contain nearly enough active ingredient to do any good whatsoever. There is a whole article about this somewhere at www.anabolicextreme.com. (http://www.anabolicextreme.com.) Click on back issues. Grow has been discontinued, in favor of their more expensive Advanced Protein. You are right about it being a ripoff.

I know this reply was neither prompt, nor decent, but I've really forgotten all the anti-biotest knowledge I once had. That, and I'm sick and I feel like crap.

Sorry dude. If their products work for you, go ahead and use them. I just think you could find more effective, cheaper stuff elsewhere.

T2's kinda like Andro is with Testosterone, it encourages the body to produce T3- a metabolism-related hormone.

I really doubt I should use MD6 anymore, specially if I get back on Ritalin.

Methoxy-7 is supposed to be killer in a stack with MD6 as a preworkout focus kinda thing. Again, I'm not sure how that'd react with my medication.

I just wish somebody out there put out something that consistently was pretty good and not total crap. I used to look to EAS for this before they sold out (about the time they released Neurogain). With my medication, I can't really take any other kind of stimulant, so I was hoping maybe T2 would be a workable solution in manipulating hormones. Hormones are a tricky thing and it's probably bettern not to f*ck with the endocrine system, so I guess I just gotta be patient. Just gotta get on a good program, a good diet, and stick with it once I get settled. Probably have to wait until October til I can start. Just frustrating in the meantime.

Don't worry about the response. I hope ya feel better. :) Got any recommendations for non-stimulant fat burning aides?

Just a real quick note before I head out to classes:

If you're looking for a preworkout stimulant, try this:

Walk over to your stereo and blast some hardcore music (or whatever gets you going)

then, while getting psyched up to the music, walk to the bathroom and splash cold water on your face

to get the blood pumping, do a little posing for a couple minutes (nothing too strenous and tiring, just like 1-3 minutes)

or, you could just go read some biotest ads, that usually gets a lot of people pìssed off enough for a good workout :) j/k.

LD,

About 2 years ago I was trying to put on weight. I fell for Biotest's advertising and tried Tribex, Methoxy, ZMA, & Grow!. Nothing worked except Grow! tasted **** good. Then I tried Substrate Solutions "AndroStack" and gained 30 lbs in about 4 months. (Then lost 20 when I was bed-ridded for a week with the flu. doH!) Needless to say, I don't have much faith in Biotest.

For a post-workout drink, I'd recommend making your own at www.proteinfactory.com (http://www.proteinfactory.com)

I got 5 lbs of a maltodextrin, whey protein, glutamine, and BCAA mix for pretty cheap.

I've heard only good things about Protein Factory.

Ford, I know how much it sucks to lose weight when you have the flu.
