there probably is an expensive soft one, but any cup will do why complicate things comfort is not that important when you are under a 100kg guy, protection is

I just wear a normal one and everyone I know trains with a regular one...except Sam. Sam trains with an extra large cup.

It is not comfortable at first and some times it hurts like hell. But you get used to it. Better to have the area surrounding your junk bruised and in pain than actually having your junk crushed....

I wear shock doctors compression shorts cup combo. Everyone who wears a cup at my bjj school use shock doctor. The cups are more tapered, and in my oppinion are way more comfortable to roll with.

Just a regular one that you can buy anywhere.
