Have you ever played chess game against yourself?

When you don't have partner to train, sometime you will let your hands to fight against each other. For example, you may let your right hand to grab on your left wrist. You have 2 different ways to do so. Your right hand can grab your left wrist from "inside out" or from "outside in". You soon realize that your left arm will have 2 ways to break away your right hand grip. You can use more force to turn your right arm to against the 4 fingers of your right hand. You can also turn the other way to only against your right thumb (1 finger).

Could you share some of your thought about how to "enhance" some of your combat skill by allowing your hands to fight against each other (when training partner is not available). It's "solo' but not too "solo".

- Use your fist and forearm to hit the forearm on the other side for conditioning.

- Practice your combination attacks. 2nd hand chases the 1st to try to beat it. 1st hand tries to be faster than you can see or think.
