Mung beans for training with the hands...Where does one buy them, and how do you use them?

You can buy them from just about any Chinese market, they are used for palm/hand training in striking bags. When they begin to break down from striking the bag they will have a medicinal property for the hands. To keep it simple anyway.

About how long should you be purchasing them for and if you punch your bag each day, about how often do you need to replace them?

I don't really understand your question- how long should you be purchasing them for? As far as when do you replace them? I would replace them when the beans stop providing sufficient padding or support for your hand. ;)

Ok, should I always be buying these beans and putting them in my wall bag? Or should I just use the beans for like a year, and change them out every 3 weeks (or whenever they stop providing sufficient comfort)? Basically how long should I use this before my hands are completely conditioned to the max the beans will provide.

I would say until the beans stop allowing the sufficient comfort. Depending on how much you condition your hands could be several months or so. ;)
