the 3 basic elements of force line power generation in YKT layer 5

in force line power generation, there are :tendon power, c.o.g change power, force balancing or joints alignment widthstand power. Three key elements. It is not just one type of element. YKT dills are getting into these elements from static to dynamic. This way we dymistify and make is clear.

I don't like to use those yin or yang or....ect term because those stuffs are up for anyone to interplation without meaning and doesn't contribute to actual practice of the WCK three sets or the Yik Kam long SLT set.

Jing is the change of force, thus it is all about change of momentum, mass, accereation, resultant force cancelation or adding.

Qi is the lublicate or energy to support the tendon and joints. It doesnot has a direct contribution to jing.

Ironic

Then it is a redundant term. There are already words and theories to describe all of these things.

Lubrication or energy to support the tendons and joints? What does this mean to you specifically? It sounds superfluous the way you have described it.
