you posted a reply about weight training and said you bought a book by Sean Cochran. I used to train with a guy named Sean Cochran in Wah lum. does it say anything in his bio what style he studied?

In the back of the book it says he is a taekwondo
black belt and is a trainer for the San Diego Padres farm team. He lives in San Diego.
