The arch of the foot is one of the most important aspects of martial arts. How do you use it for attack and how do you exploit its weakness to cause the structure to collapse?
I have found that because of modern shoes, many people do not have a good arch and so if you step on a foot and then rotate you can find the hole in their arch and cause them to break structure.
What are your beliefs on this?
