**** it!!! This thing is rigged, even if you include Lucas and Bawang there aren't a total of four women on this forum!

Our sweepstakes aren't just a function of our forum. It's a function of KungFuMagazine.com which spreads across our facebook (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Kung-Fu-Tai-Chi-Magazine/135964689362)and twitter (https://twitter.com/KFM_KFTC).

We always get a significantly larger number of female entrants. We also get a significantly higher amount of entries from people over 50. I'm not sure why exactly, but I can guess. Our sweepstakes has been going consistently since 2005 and it has been picked up by some web communities that just focus on online sweepstakes. A lot of these sweepstake players are women and retirees. Actually, DS's folks were big free contest people, and that was before the web, and he tells me that their home is filled with an odd assortment of prizes. Sweepstakes players now have forums and web hubs to exchange information about all manner of free giveaways, which is somewhat stupid for sweepstakes, of course, as the more people that enter, the lower your chance of winning, so why let others even know? Anyway, that's one of the reasons we put a question in there, as it sorts out the martial artists from the poseur applicants.

It's funny though, because sometimes these sweepstake communities will circulate the answer to the question and it will be incorrect. So we'll see dozens of the exact same wrong answer.

I'm not doubting your integrity Gene, I just wanted to win this one and I was just pulling your chain...I don't think I've ever seen four female winners.

Les could be female too. We don't ask about gender in the entry form (http://www.kungfumagazine.net/index.html). We always have a fair amount of the fairer sex as winners.

I should note that, given the nature of an online sweepstakes promotion, we aren't overly concerned with how the entries find us. It's all about getting more eyeballs for the promoted product as well as for KungFuMagazine.com. ;)

Sorry you didn't win. Maybe next time.
