While we're all on the subject of Iron Palm, here's a site I found that made me think of this forum.

It's a guy doing iron palm and keeping track of his progress/experiences like a journal. He's been doing it since January of this year:

I just read that entire blog. Nice.

Seems he is experiencing some qigong sensations but is keeping an open yet critical mind rather than jumping on the woo bandwagon.

Seems he is experiencing some qigong sensations but is keeping an open yet critical mind rather than jumping on the woo bandwagon.

I remember when I first felt the "qi" sensation in IP training and I realized that all it really was, was the awareness of what was going on in my body, that I could indeed "control" and "feel" the circulation of my blood and feel the sensations going on after an IP session ( and even before).
The qigong gave me far more awareness of what was going on because I was so focused on what was going on.
Anyone that has done deeper meditation has felt this.
Deep sea divers, yogis and such, all learn how to control the inner workings of their body.
In TCMA this is called "qigong".
A flower by any other name...
