Just a side note- don't go up on your toes at the bottom of the hindu squat. My knees got severly messed up from doing this just once, and are still somewhat tender 2.5 months later.

Nice site. I have a question though. I am wondering when you do handstand pushups, do you face the wall or face away from the wall that you rest your feet on? Also, does anyone have any tips on how to get good enough at these that I wont need to rest my feet on a wall? (or is the best method just doing a million handstand pushups while resting my feet until I get good enough to balance without resting my feet...) Just wondering because I've seen Jackie Chan do them without resting on a wall before, looked like fun ;)

how I do it:
you are facing wall, put hands on the ground a little bit wider than shoulder width apart. kick your legs up over your head as you do the handstand. keep your knees bent so that the soles of your feet will touch the wall and help stabilize you. proceed. I really love this excersise too and became so good that know I can actually walk on my hands. On a few occasions I have been able to start out sitting indian stly and lift myself into a handstand. great bodyweight excersices!!
