Some talk about the way of willow. that is just the snake and crane fusion way of power handling as in the clip. that is the San Kung or body Kung part. that needs to be develop in the SLT or SNT. it is not a structure. it is not holding a structure. it is not graping, rooting, or bolt down to the ground like others Nam Kuen. but a dynamic flow engine.

that WCK dynamic engine has a emei snake and fujian crane fusion DNA. it is not Taiji, Yi Chuan, Xing Yi, Hung Gar, SPM, Bak Mei...Shaolin ..etc or even White crane from the fujian.

To unlock that is not difficult because it is build in the SLT or SNT sets if one doesnt block it. so, one doesnt have to go any place to import other art in to develop the WCK type of Jin.

Since Jin is dF/dt, the development of this is rely on the changes and smooth operation. That is the reason the WCK three sets must be practice with loose and agile.

When the three sets evolve into pro long movement with pro long or holding breath.....etc and forceful operation, the body is no longer developing the dF/dt but F. Thus, the practice default to body type.

Thus, practice slt slowly needs to be addressed as practice slt slowly with detail handling in every instant . Instead of practice slt slowly with forward tension and holding joints to support the body weight

IE the tight clamping knees and lean and hold lower back or tail bone. in fact, place the weight on the heel and lean back is going to cause lower back problem. since one is loading those part of the body and tightly tensing that part of the body to support the upper body.

That type of practice default to The body type of power generation similar to other southern TCMA , it break the body into upper and lower part with the lower part support the upper part. instead of the dynamic syncronization of all bows or joints. thus, that will not develop the way of willow. but the way of 4x4 woodern log bolting in the ground and will break facing strong impact.
