Greetings,

According to the poster of this video, there are five lower animals and five upper ones. He has uploaded ten forms (at least) from this style: five upper animals from one lineage and five lower animals from another. The crane form is interesting because it fleshes the bones of those stories of how fighting moves were disguised as dance. I will be only linking this one. You are most welcome to link the others to this thread.

I mean no disrespect but,...... really???? Is that for real????? what is those supposed to be???? I'd really love to see the applications of that movements

I would love to see apps as well. I liked it for the reasons posted. The sets posted at u tube would make an interesting cross reference for those who are in the lineage of Kwong Wing Lam.
