Worked from left to right on each row. Any repeated symbols you can just match up. There are a few hard to see.

That should do you for one of them. You get to work on translating the characters using the dictionary I gave you and I'll try to do the other one tomorrow.

You might have a bit of trouble with translation software alone, especially with some concepts here.

(Top table)

Figure 1: The concept of the Chinese Daoist school of the Trinity of Form, Qi and Spirit (I think). This 三位一体 I've translated as 'trinity' means they are each part of one another and work together.

In the top table the two boxes at the top are (I think!) : 'Training jing (energy) transforms qi (breath) ' and 'Training qi (breath) transforms shen (spirit)'.

The next boxes are: xing 'form' , qi (breath) and shen (spirit)


The concepts with the double parallel lines between them are (from left to right) 'Bodily Structure', 'Life Structure', and 'Psychological Structure' .

In that table, the last line from the left, are 'Substance', 'Energy' and 'Information' .
