For her tonsillectomy. She's not even 2 yet and we're a nervous wreck.

Sorry to hear your little one is not feeling so hot.

I still have my tonsils at 46.

Prayers for the little one and the entire clan have been said, brother.

Thanks guys. 20 minutes and they are done. No complications.
Not a major surgery but still scary. My kids are my biggest weakness.

I have a feeling the next few days will be the hard part.

Ice cream, the one benefit of tonsil surgery LOL !
Glad all went well.
As a father of two awesome little girls, 9 and 5, I know what you mean about them being our greatest weakness.
And our greatest success and source of love too !

Glad all went well! cool smooth drinks and what not will be the order of the week! The little ones spring back quickly thankfully and this will soon be a distant memory!

Surprisingly, she is already eating.

She's acting like it never happened. No problems swallowing or anything. Her biggest complaint has been the IV.

She's tougher than me lol.

Just think of all the jello and ice cream!

mmmmm jello and ice cream.

If it's any consolation, the interior of the mouth and the throat heal faster than pretty much anywhere else on the body.

She is so young there will be no memory.

Also, Jello and Ice Cream!

ice cream is awesome, but yall couldn't pay me to eat jello. not good.


glad it all worked out.

i had tonsilitis twice. never took em out tho, not sure why.
