Do any of you guys go to a Chiropracter? Do you think it is worth it, and does is it based on a lot of the Qigong principles such as proper alignment and flow?

I always thought these people told everybody they were out of alignment just to get repeat business. Do you guys think regular visits are beneficial or neccessary for future health?

Chiropractic: A skeptical guide (http://www.chirobase.org/)

I've met one or two good chiropractors. They had mixed practises rather than "straight chiropractic" (which I think is a huge wank) and I think they made chiro work because they were good healers, not vice-versa.

works for me, everyone has their opinion, I couldn't give a toss. All I know is that my back doesnt hurt like it used to.

And a very close relative of mine can actually sleep straight without literally crying from pain. Again thanks to the chiropractor.

So what was the question again ?

I train with a chiro and whenever I have had back pains or joint problems his advice has always been good.
