I have a fight sceduled in two weeks. its a pretty big one and i want to perform at my best. what should i do to prepare. how should i train. taking into consideration i don't exactly train as hard as i should. how should i step up my training (diet is a part too) so that i'm ready for the match.

i'd rather be judged by 12 then carried by 6

Zong he, this is vague but there is a message behind this.
I find for best performance results I train die hard all the way up to about 2 days before the fight. I(m talkin about arm,leg and fist conditioning endurance training and powerlifting 6 days a week, one day off-do nothing. Then 3 days before the fight do some lifting. then the last 2 full days, do nothing-just rest. This will give your body one day to be sore and one day to completely recouperate. This will stimulate your fast twitch muscles, with these muscles on their toes and no fatigue at hand you should be quik and powerful from the weightlifting.
This is from personal experience not a science.
Hope this helps.

If you are not ready now, you won't be ready in two weeks. Do whatever makes you feel relaxed and keyed up.

Do three to five seconds wirth of sensible combinations randomly, every minute for several minutes in a row if not hours almost everyday until a few days before the fight. Don't gorge yourself.

Very some such, perhaps might have been, likely say some, some not.

I agree with Lyle...If you aren't ready now,you won't be in two weeks. now is the phase where you should just be polishing yourself, not trying to condition yourself for the fight. Out of curiosity, what kind of fight is it?

Next time, start training a little sooner, like 2-3 months sooner.
