It's been sometime but we recently updated our web site which we hope is more user friendly.

Nothing say User Unfriendly than an audio that auto-plays when you first open it.

Same with those bouncing letters at the top.

Don't even get me started on the "welcome" page, which is far from welcoming.

You might want to think about hiring a professional web developer who understand basic usability and design principles.

IMHO, some suggestions:
1. Go to a two column format, the long lines are difficult to read.
2. Rationalise your navigation, too many choices, too far apart, you have to scroll to see them all. Create sections with sub-sets within the sections.
3. improve the contrast on the menu options, they should go gray or subtle after being visited, not as standard.
4. Consistent colour scheme. You have a lot of bright primary colours mixing in. Main colour, with a toned down version for main elements and headlines, a contrasting colour for the Highlights, and a neutral for work with the Highlight. Then of course, black type.
Wordpress has a lot of pre configured and skinned templates you can just drop in, change logos and tag line, and you're off and running. Have you checked them out?

for me the font is too small too much on each page its very busy and I would never ever use profanity on your site. the BS thing is not good especially for woemn mom and kids.

keep it simple. I had mine professionally done check it out for some ideas
