I have recently started experiencing some major pain in my knee joints on the inner sides, could my horsestance be the cause of this? I've never had this problem til now and I've been standing this way for 14 years on and off....when standing in a horsestance, should one pull the knees themselves to the front slightly to relieve this pressure or does this compromise the stance itself?

stretch, breath, pay attention to allignment. Don't force a 90 degree horse stance. Sink into it as your flexebility dictactes.

Be extremely careful when you feel any type of pain in the knees. I have seen several bad cases where irreparable damage was caused due to bad training habits.

Go see a good acupucturist. They should be able to help you with any pain, and give you herbal suppliments that will help any injuries to heal faster.

Be careful.
