Some student of mine, specialized in Parkour, made a beginner's course, we had a lot of fun, so I share it.

I started doing La Parkour back in the ninti:)es and though in my fifties still love the thrill of the extreme run. I run in PG. with afew guys less than half my age who barely know Bell and other french and japanese pioneers.

Saw this in a park 3 years ago, didn't bought one yet, It will be a good idea when I'll do the outdoor training.

Thanks reminding me I thought I had to train that !;)

I like the fact you train and share in the park. This is a social aspect of Kung Fu I sorely miss from the Vancouver scene compared to the north so far. We'll see what we can get going this summer. I also respect the way you practice martial art as an 'art' as well as a combat science. Something that hard bitten reality trained VT'ers sometimes loose. I have seen and been some terrible and tough situations in the downtown east side Vancouver...but the 'art' part of martial arts is so important in my life. It need not inter...fear with the hard reality of fighting.

Every sunday, there's a free course open to all, in a Parc in Strasbourg, from 8am to 10Am.

I don't like closed spaces to train, learned kung fu outside, so when I can, we make the course outside.
