2 line attacks (question when fighting bigger guys)

This fight http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=47376a708d made me think that if the smaller guy knew how to use different lines of attack he could have defeated the bigger guy who obviously know lines of attacks but is out of practice. I found this fight while browsing bullshido, and then googled it and got hooked up with this cool forum. ;)
