I look at it and It is difficult to translate because there are some parts I am not sure.
Translation will not give you what it is. To tell what it is , it is practically writing book. It is a lots of time needed. So, I cant do it.

But Later if I have time to write a brief summary I will.

He won't do that unless he finds some extra time. He's already told you that. Or maybe he does not know anything about it at all and just does not want to get himself exposed.
So what's the point in keeping asking him for the same thing again and again and again?
