yep, that is hard. So am I when I'm making out with my girlfriend. Hard as a rock. But dynamic tension high kicking is really hard with a hard on. Any of you guys try it. At first the blood doesn't go away, it just pools making your rod thick and powerfull, gradually your legs need the blood.

Are you talking about the exercise where you slowly press out front,side,back & round kicks while standing on one leg maintaining your balance? That is pretty hard until you get used to it.

Badger, yeah, not only slowly press them out, but do it while tensing the entire leg as hard as you can, like doing a dynamic tension palm strike or something.

Hard.
