Thank you! I don't know about my "Power generation being apparent" ... I'm nothing all that special! Just an old, grey-haired, slightly overweight guy who loves Chinese Martial Arts but thanks anyway!

Every southern system has their "san zhan" in one way or another, it is a core teaching from the very first original style that all others have come from.
Whatever that first style may have been.
