Compare to this form, which "performance flavor" do you like?

- To use few slow moves to set up few fast moves? or
- To flow smoothly from the beginning all the way to the end?

Both are good so it's not an either/or BUT I do like her performance better.
The pauses and slow moves give a look of "pent up tension" and "potential explosion", know what I mean?

I agree, watching quality kata performance is pretty entertaining sometimes.

She's very graceful, power dynamics and speed, excellent. I've seen her perform on YouTube before. Noticed the knife-hand technique as part of the Kata. :)
