this is about multiple training methods.

what is too much, and what is not enough.

currently i train, in forms, daily excersice, and occasional sparing.. big deal right. for most martial artists its the norm.

but what about the enhancers, ie. creatine - weight gainer, the constent wearing of leg and body weights.. oh yes and an electro vest that pumps 100 sit ups per. second into the body. with attachments that can strap onto anywhere on the body... what is to much.
and can the human body, mainly mine handle this constant stress. so far i have had no side effects and have been training for over 8 years now with no signs of my body wearing.
Although i can imagine the current stress, might not be all healthy for me.
please can I have some imput on this...
one of my friends calls this cheating..
cheating myself, and taking away the true meaning of the martial arts..
My understanding is M/A is for betterong ones self
body mind spirit, s owhat constitutes as cheating if such a thing exists (steroids-a no no)..
