the key is about axis, the seven bow handling.

Doesn't matter is 0 100, 50 50, 30 70, real life can be anything.

But one must move forward from heel or k1 weight placement, structure holding,....
Those are moving the body stuffs. Axis is about force flow or strength transportation, nothing fix.


Another volume has to start....
