So, instead of using the sun punch in the hard way to crush into the center line. One can use the double helix force flow issuing to disable the opponent power center in a soft way or bounce him off via bridge contact.
Notice that the double helix is a force flow, not a transfer of body mass as many does in so called wck intenal art or Qi power.
Also, it is not taiji , not yiquan, but wck force flow in ck set which can be applied in the sun punch. It destroy power center to cause opponent power black out and structure collapsing. One doesnt have to use inch punch to short at the body to do that.
