*This video compilation was shot on a number of different CELL PHONES!!! The quality is not very good but they give the viewer a look into some of our training which is being performed by variety of different level practitioners. Beginners, intermediate, etc...

Some of our; Footwork, Punching, Partner, Chi Sao & Free Sparring being demo'd...

Fight footage was shot two weeks ago @ "BUF Fight Night"
